Description:

• In-Person Care Assessment, Diagnosis and Consultation by a Medical Doctor at home with additional options for a nurse.

• Health assessment and home assessment.

• Advise end-to-end home healthcare treatment plan to include medical, allied health and social support services. 

• Help us to find the best matched caregiver and/or companion based on one’s health status, care requirements and preferences. 

• Medication prescriptions advice (If Any). 

• Referral letters and medical certificate (If Any).

• Add-on: Nurse Home Visit for complete in-home care assessment and treatment.

Duration:  1 Hour Per Visit 

Service Rate:

1. Client : Pay For Myself / Pay For Others

• RM360 per visit

• RM500 per visit (with nurse)

• RM510 / Specialist Visit

• RM650 / Specialist Visit (with nurse)

2. Sponsor : Pay-For-Impact to Targeted Beneficiaries

• RM750 for 3 pax

• RM1,450 for 6 pax

Kindly read our Service Policy, Sponsorship Policy and Privacy Notice before subscribing to our services or social mission. 

1. Client

• Service fulfillment at the client's location within 2 business days after payment.

• Service care providers are Certified Healthcare Providers (Doctor and/or Nurse).

• Appointment will only be confirmed and processed upon full payment or a minimum deposit of RM300.

• Any postponement of service appointment must be at least 5 hours before the arrival of the service provider. 

• Any cancellation made by clients will result in a 15% non-refundable charge from the service fee.

• By subscribing to our services, clients are contributing directly to NENO Social Mission.

2. Sponsor

• A sponsor can be an individual or an organisation who pay on behalf of the targeted beneficiaries.

• NENO run Social Mission within 14 business days within the Klang Valley locality.

• After the sponsorship transaction, Sponsors will receive LHDN Tax Exemption Receipt within 14 business days. 

• Sponsors will be able to view the NENO Impact Report on the website once the Social Mission program is completed.

• The primary point of contact for any of sponsorship activities will be through NENO as the Organiser / Platform Owner. Sponsors / Contributors are restricted or prohibited from sharing contacts or communicating directly with Care recipients or targeted beneficiaries and vice versa. 

NENO Social Mission:

• 51% of accumulated profit from paid services and products in NENO eCommerce goes to Social Mission.

• One third or 30% of NENO gig workers are from targeted beneficiaries from the B40 communities. They are trained and empowered to become community caregivers and generate income from the service to the clients.
