TRAINING POLICY

Terms of use

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services offered by Neno Sdn. Bhd. (“Neno”) or (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”), a company incorporated under the laws of Malaysia. 


These Terms of Use, hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions" or "T&C" or "Terms" or "Agreement," along with any other Policy or Statement or Information that may be placed on this website, hereinafter referred to as "Company" or “Website” or “We” or “Us,” as modified or amended from time to time, are a binding contract between the company and you, hereinafter referred to as "You" or "User" or "Your" or "Participants" or "Customer" or “Clients”.

As a social enterprise, Neno runs both commercial and social impact programs.  You can contribute directly to our social mission by

    Be the Change Agent to be trained on elderly care, disabled care, and patient care. 


  1. Become our Sponsor/Collaborator 
    Collaborate with us to sponsor the training programs where the participants are among the B40 Community.

NENO Public Training provides clients / participants with beneficial training programs that will help them in Humanitarian, Health & Fitness, Safety and Sustainability aspects.

Training clients and participants are able to view our training programs, its description and its prices in eCommerce

Payment Method

Payment can be made to our company by using Credit Card / Debit Card and Online Banking.

TRAINING CLIENT/ PARTICIPANTS SUPPORT

Free Tele-Consulatation

You can book us for 20 minutes free tele-consultation regarding training programs, prices and next steps.

Training clients and participants will also be able to contact our Neno Hotline via Whatsapp during our business hours.

Privacy Notice

Trust that all collection and processing of personal data is as per our Privacy Notice.

TRAINING PROGRAMS RATE & OTHER CHARGES

Individual Registration

The rate for paid / partially subsidized training programs will be mentioned in training posters and descriptions. 

Group Registration

At the moment, we have not set up a group registration in our eCommerce. However, you may contact us to request for training programs for your organization. 

Customize Training Programs

Training clients or organizations can fill up Request For Training form here. For this application, training clients / organizations are required to fill in all the information that has been listed in the form. 

Accommodation / Transport

All NENO training programs do not provide any accommodation or transportation, unless stated under training programs details. 

TRAINING REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

Paid / Partially Subsidized Training Programs
The registration for training programs are considered confirmed once clients / participants have deposited a full payment. If there is any remaining payment, a followed up should be done before or throughout the duration of the training program. 
Free / Fully Subsidized Training Programs
A registration for participants is considered confirmed when the training registration is successfully made. A notification will be sent to clients / participants email. 
Participation Confirmation
NENO Health Administration will be contacting clients / participants during business hours via call / email / text to confirm training participation.

TRAINING CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT, ABSENTEEISM AND REFUND

Training Cancellation and Postponement

NENO has the right to cancel and postpone training programs. For any cancellation and postponement, it will be informed to our clients / participants in advance. If the cancellation was made by training clients / participants, a refund application will not be entertained and any replacement of registered participants is not allowed.

Refund

100% refund will be made to clients / participants within 30 days if the cancellation is made by NENO as the organizer. However, in the case of postponement, training clients / participants payment will be carried forward for new training dates or training clients / participants can request for 100% refund if they are unable to attend the training programs due to the changes of training dates. 

Absenteeism/ Tardiness

There will be no refund for any absenteeism for confirmed participation. NENO is not responsible for any consequence from absenteeism or tardiness made by training clients / participants in participating confirmed training programs, such as not receiving or acquired Certificate of Competency, if any, due to behaviors mentioned above.

Disclaimer

NENO has the right to cancel the programme, change date(s), venue(s), speaker(s) or any other changes due to any unforeseen circumstances that may arise, and make alternative arrangements without prior notice. We hold no responsibilities for death, injury, illness, loss or damage of any property or belonging, financial loss by any training clients / participants who attend NENO training programs. NENO are not responsible for any costs, damages or losses incurred by training clients / participants due to changes and cancellation.

Transfer

Training clients / participants are not allowed to make a transfer of registration fee to another programme.

TRAINING HEALTH PRECAUTIONS

Safety Precautions

To maintain the safety of both organizer and training clients / participants, it is a must for training clients / participants to adopt appropriate safety precautions and the usage of equipment below:

  • Hand sanitizer
  • Masks
  • Gloves
  • Maintaining Hygiene 
Health Declaration

For training clients / participants who are not feeling well, it is recommended for them to postpone their training participation to another available date. You will be contacted by our Health Admin prior to attending training programs tto answer several questions related to Covid19 symptoms.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION NOTICE

All personal data and other information provided in the application and any additional information provided by training clients / participants, may be used and processed by NENO. In line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, training clients / participants consent and agreement is needed. Training clients / participants may directly send an email to hello@neno.my if there is no consent for the processing and disclosure of their personal data. 

COPYRIGHTS

Materials

All materials used in the training programme are solely for participants’ personal use. Any act of storing, reproducing or transmitting, including photocopying, e-mailing and recording, are not allowed without a written permission of the author or NENO.

Information

Any information contained in the document is understood to be correct at the time of the writing. Any assessment and views expressed in the materials shall be regarded purely for public information, discussion and it is not a formal advice. General information in the document is provided for a better clarity and understanding. 

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By registering to our training programs, you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by the Terms and Conditions, regardless of how you register to or attend our training programs. If you do not want to be bound by the terms, you must not register to our training programs.
