Health Companion (Hourly / Daily)

Description:

• Service is provided by Trained Community Companion.

• Two (2) ways transportation companionship to healthcare premise such as Hospital, Clinic, Rehabilitation Centre or Dialysis Centre.

• Pick-Up, Driving, Waiting, Drop-Off. 

• Assisting in physical moves / mobility on bed, wheelchair or walking sticks.

• Companionship in transportation.

• Companionship throughout the healthcare appointment / visit.

• Assisting in communicating with people.

• Record keeping, if any.

• Transportation by companion's car, own car with fuel or e-Hailing.

• For mobility service, click here.

• Do not include any Doctor / Nurse / Therapist home visit services.

• Do not include Home Care services by Caregiver (Community / Nurse). 

• Do not include Home Help / Home Maker services for house chores or tasks to maintain the household i.e. meal preparation, laundry, and other housekeeping items. 

Companion Duration Options: 

• Minimum:  3 Hours 

• Maximum:  6 Hours 

Service Rate (Hourly / Daily):

• Client's Own Vehicle / e-Hailing: RM210

• Companion’s Vehicle | Within 15 KM: RM225

• Companion’s Vehicle | 15.1 KM - 30 KM: RM240

• Companion’s Vehicle | 30.1 KM - 60 KM: RM270

Terms and Conditions

Kindly read our Service Policy and Privacy Notice before subscribing to our services.

• Service fulfillment at the client's location within 14 business days after payment.

• Service care providers are Trained Community Caregivers (School leavers, pensioners, single parents, women re-enter workforce, unemployed graduates, etc). 

• Appointment will only be confirmed and processed upon full payment or a minimum deposit of RM300.

• Any postponement of service appointment must be at least 5 hours before the arrival of the service provider. 

• Any cancellation made by clients will result in a 15% non-refundable charge from the service fee.

• By subscribing to our services, clients are contributing directly to NENO Social Mission.

NENO Social Mission:

• 51% of accumulated profit from paid services and products in NENO eCommerce goes to Social Mission.

• One third or 30% of NENO gig workers are from targeted beneficiaries from the B40 communities. They are trained and empowered to become community caregivers and generate income from the service to the clients.
