Kindly read our Service Policy and Privacy Notice before subscribing to our services or social mission.
Service fulfillment at the client's location within 14 business days after payment.
Service care providers are Trained Community Companions (School leavers, pensioners, single parents, women re-enter workforce, unemployed graduates, etc).
Appointment will only be confirmed and processed upon full payment or a minimum deposit of RM300.
Any postponement of service appointment must be at least 5 hours before the arrival of the service provider.
Any cancellation made by clients will result in a 15% non-refundable charge from the service fee.
By subscribing to our services, clients are contributing directly to NENO Social Mission.
NENO Social Mission:
51% of accumulated profit from paid services and products in NENO eCommerce goes to Social Mission.
One third or 30% of NENO gig workers are from targeted beneficiaries from the B40 communities. They are trained and empowered to become community caregivers and generate income from the service to the clients.
