Kindly read our Service Policy and Privacy Notice before subscribing to our services. 

• Service fulfillment at the corporate's location within 10 business days after payment.

• On-Site care providers are Certified Healthcare Providers (Doctor / Nurse / MA / Phlebotomist).

• Appointment will only be confirmed and processed upon full payment or a minimum deposit of RM300.

• Any postponement of service appointment must be at least 5 hours before the arrival of the service provider. 

• Any cancellation made by clients will result in a 15% non-refundable charge from the service fee.

• By subscribing to our services, clients are contributing directly to NENO Social Mission.
