• Video Conferencing via Google Meet / Zoom / Zoho Meeting 

• Doctor Tele-Consultation service is only applicable for monitoring period post Home Healthcare Assessment / Doctor Home Visit / Home Blood Test

Service Rate: 

• RM130 for 20 Minutes Tele-Consultation 

• Additional RM20 for extra 10 Minutes

Rate inclusive of Health Administration: 

• Gig Worker Recruitment & Management 

• Access to e-Healthcare Record

Terms and Conditions

Kindly read our Service Policy and Privacy Notice before subscribing to our services. 

• Service fulfillment is within 2 business days at the client's place.

• Service care providers are Certified Healthcare Providers (Doctor).

• Only with full payment the appointment will be confirmed and processed.

• Any postponement of service appointment must be at least 5 hours before the arrival of the service provider. 

• Any cancellation made by clients will result in a 30% non-refundable charge from the service fee.

• By subscribing to our services, clients are contributing directly to NENO Social Mission.

NENO Social Mission:
