Home Care (Hourly / Daily)

Description:

• Service is provided by Malaysian Trained Community Caregivers or Healthcare Providers.

• Assist in Activities of Daily Living (Positioning, Eating, Toileting, Bathing, Grooming, Hygiene, Oral Medication Consumption) 

• Simple Exercise

• Social & Emotional Support 

• Home Nurse Visit activities by Certified Healthcare Provider and / or Healthcare Students / Graduates (excluded for Community Caregiver Category).

• Do not provide Night Shift

• Do not provide Live-In service

• Do not include Home Help / Home Maker services for house chores or tasks to maintain the household i.e. meal preparation, laundry, grocery shopping, and other housekeeping items. 

• Compulsory to go through assessment with a Doctor for a first time customer in order to identify and prevent in-home caregiving risks.

Categories of Caregivers:

• Community Caregivers - School leavers, pensioners, single parents, women re-enter workforce, unemployed graduates, and etc.

• Healthcare Students / Graduates - Youths who are undergoing or have graduated from certification / diploma / degree in healthcare related courses and unemployed.

• Healthcare Provider - Certified Nurse / Medical Assistant with certified practitioner licensing from Nursing Board Malaysia (NBM) or Malaysia Medical Council (MMC).

Caregiving Duration Option:

• Minimum 4 hours per Day

• Maximum 12 hours per Day

• Special 1 Hour per Day

Community Caregiver

• First Time Customer

• 1 hour:  RM315

• 1st 4 hours: RM375

• Next 1 hour: Additional of RM20 per hour

• With home healthcare assessment by Doctor

• Repeated Booking

• 1 Hour: RM105

• 1st 4 hours: RM125

• Next 1 hour: Additional of RM20 per hour

• Without home healthcare assessment by Doctor

Healthcare Students / Graduates

• First Time Customer

• 1 Hour: RM330

• 1st 4 hours: RM395

• Next 1 hour: Additional of RM25 per hour

• With home healthcare assessment by Doctor

• Repeated Booking

• 1 Hour: RM120

• 1st 4 hours: RM145

• Next 1 hour: Additional of RM25 per hour

• Without home healthcare assessment by Doctor

Healthcare Provider

• First Time Customer

• 1 hour:  RM345

• 1st 4 hours: RM415

• Next 1 hour: Additional of RM30 per hour

• With home healthcare assessment by Doctor

• Repeated Booking

• 1 hour:  RM135

• 1st 4 hours: RM165

• Next 1 hour: Additional of RM30 per hour

• Without home healthcare assessment by Doctor

Kindly read our Service Policy and Privacy Notice before subscribing to our services.

• Service fulfillment is within 14 business days at the client's place.

• Service care providers are Trained Community Caregivers and / or Healthcare Providers.

• Only with full payment the appointment will be confirmed and processed.

• Any postponement of service appointment must be at least 5 hours before the arrival of the service provider. 

• Any cancellation made by clients will result in a 30% non-refundable charge from the service fee.

• By subscribing to our services, clients are contributing directly to NENO Social Mission.

NENO Social Mission:

• 51% of accumulated profit from paid services and products in NENO eCommerce goes to Social Mission.

• One third or 30% of NENO gig workers are from targeted beneficiaries from the B40 communities. They are trained and empowered to become community caregivers and generate income from the service to the clients.
