Home Companion (Hourly / Daily)

Description:

• Service is provided by Malaysian Trained Community Companion.

• Companionship visit(s) at home / nursing home and its compound.

• Suitable for the adults (elderly, disabled person or patient).

• Provides Emotional and Social Support.

• Listening and engaging in meaningful conversation.

• Relieve loneliness and stress.

• Reading / Singing / Colouring / Exercise / Board Games partner. 

• Motivates and stimulate positive thoughts and feelings.

• Assisting in light physical moves / mobility on bed, wheelchair or walking sticks.

• Companion service can also be provided by Disabled Person to another Disabled Person.

• Do not include any Doctor / Nurse / Therapist home visit services.

• Do not include Home Care services by Caregiver (Community / Nurse). 

• Do not include Home Help / Home Maker services for house chores or tasks to maintain the household i.e. meal preparation, laundry, grocery shopping, and other housekeeping items. 

• Compulsory to go through assessment with a Doctor for the first time booking in order to identify and prevent in-home companionship risks.

Companion Duration Options: 

• Minimum: 1 Hour

• Maximum: 6 Hours 

Service Rate 

First-Time Booking (With Home Healthcare Assessment by Doctor): 

-    1st hour: RM75

-    Next 1 hour: Additional of RM20 per hour

-    Home Healthcare Assessment by Doctor: RM230

Repeated Booking (Without Home Healthcare Assessment by Doctor): 

-    1st hour: RM75

-    Next 1 hour: Additional of RM20 per hour

• Access to e-Healthcare Record

Terms and Conditions

Kindly read our Service Policy and Privacy Notice before subscribing to our services.

• Service fulfillment is within 14 business days at the client's place.

• Service providers are Trained Community Companions (School leavers, pensioners, single parents, women re-enter workforce, unemployed graduates, etc).

• Only with full payment the appointment will be confirmed and processed.

• Any postponement of service appointment must be at least 5 hours before the arrival of the service provider. 

• Any cancellation made by clients will result in a 30% non-refundable charge from the service fee.

• By subscribing to our services, clients are contributing directly to NENO Social Mission.

NENO Social Mission:

• 51% of accumulated profit from paid services and products in NENO eCommerce goes to Social Mission.

• One third or 30% of NENO gig workers are from targeted beneficiaries from the B40 communities. They are trained and empowered to become community caregivers and generate income from the service to the clients.
