• Provides mobility services to healthcare premise and from client’s place

• 1 Ways / 2 Ways

• For non-emergency cases only

• Add-on for Companion service by Trained Community Companion for a duration of 4 - 6 Hours (Applicable for 2 Ways only)

a)    Ambulance

 -    Klang Valley area 

 -    Additional of RM5/km for areas outside of Klang Valley area (KL, Putrajaya, Selangor) 

Ambulance Service Rate: 

No Companion

• 1 way: RM230 

• 2 ways: RM430

With Health Companion

• 4 Hours: RM525

• 5 Hours: RM545

• 6 Hours: RM565

b)    Van with Hydraulic Lift for Wheelchair 

 -    1 Way / 2 Ways 

 -    Pick Up & Drop Off Only 

 -    Klang Valley area 

Van with Hydraulic Lift Service Rate: 

No Companion

• 1 way: RM80 

• 2 ways: RM130

With Health Companion

• 4 Hours: RM225

• 5 Hours: RM245

• 6 Hours: RM265

Terms and Conditions

Kindly read our Service Policy and Privacy Notice before subscribing to our services or social mission. 

• Service fulfillment is within 14 business days at the client's place.

• Service care providers are Trained Community Companions (School leavers, pensioners, single parents, women re-enter workforce, unemployed graduates, etc).

• Only with full payment the appointment will be confirmed and processed.

• Any postponement of service appointment must be at least 5 hours before the arrival of the service provider. 

• Any cancellation made by clients will result in a 30% non-refundable charge from the service fee.

• By subscribing to our services, clients are contributing directly to NENO Social Mission.
